How to book an appointment
Appointments are booked online through Happy Clinic. It takes a few minutes, you do not need a GP referral, and appointments are usually available within days.
Go to the Happy Clinic booking page
Click any "Book an appointment" button on this site. It takes you to the secure booking system on happyclinic.co.uk.
Select your service
Choose an initial psychiatric assessment, an ADHD assessment, an autism screening or a follow-up. If you are unsure, choose the initial psychiatric assessment.
Choose your psychiatrist and appointment type
Pick a Consultant Psychiatrist, or leave it open to see the earliest availability.
Find a time and pay
Select a date and time that suits you. Fees are paid in advance to confirm your appointment.
Prepare for your consultation
Find a quiet, private place and have a list of your medicines and any previous letters ready. You will receive details of how to join the video call.
Attend and get your plan
After your consultation you will get clear next steps. With your consent, a summary is sent to your GP.

Adults aged 18 and over. If you live outside the UK, contact Happy Clinic before booking.
What you need
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, a microphone and a stable internet connection.
